Moon Glow

On the 27th of August in 2015 I had used a new telescope and my phone's camera to capture this image. I used a 20% LPR (Light Pollution Reduction) filter with a 3x Barlow lens on my Celestron Powerseeker 127EQ telescope.

A Really Blue Moon

On 27th of August in 2015 I captured this image through my new Celestron Powerseeker 127EQ telescope, using a 20% LPR (Light Pollution Reduction) filter, stacked on a #20 Blue filter with a 3x Barlow Lens.

Almost Missed the Moon

Ghosts of the Eclipse

Using my phone's camera, through 80mm binoculars with a welding mask filter, on the 20th of May in 2012, the solar eclipse was captured.

Here several refractions of of the sun can be seen during the later phases of the eclipse of the sun. And to either side there are a few appearances of ghosts of the sun during eclipse, which look like crescents.
