Solar Eclipse 1   Photograph by Joshua Michail (2012). On the 20th of May in 2012 using my phone's camera, viewing through 80mm astronomical binoculars and a welding mask filter to capture the ending of the solar eclipse. Here the sun appears to be oddly misshaped to the upper right, because the moon is just sliding out of the eclipse.
